Delivery & Shipping
To keep prices low, we work flexibly with all our brands. So, whilst some products are delivered in a few days, others may take up to 3 weeks.
You will be notified of an estimated delivery time via email. We will keep you updated if there are any more delays.
If you have placed an order from two or more different suppliers within the one checkout, the items will be sent to you as we receive them in order to get them to you as quickly as possible. We place orders to our suppliers for items once a week and receive items within a few days of placing the order.
We offer free delivery to our UK customers.
You will receive your orders within 7 working days once we have received the items from our suppliers. However, this can occasionally change according to the sale you buy from.
Europe, India and UAE shipments:
We offer free shipping to our European, Indian and UAE customers.
Your item will take approx. 3 weeks to reach, once received by us from our suppliers.

As import taxes and customs duty vary by country, any such charges will be communicated to you on delivery by our shipping provider.
When orders are shipped internationally, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can occasionally cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
When the carrier returns an undelivered package to us, a full refund is issued for the item less the import taxes, customs duty and shipping fee. You will also be charged a 10% restocking fee. Our shipping provider will make at least two attempts to deliver a package before it is deemed undelivered.
If you will not be present to receive your delivery, please let us know before we have shipped your order by emailing us at email@example.com. We can hold on to your goodies for up to two weeks, after which we will unfortunately need to cancel your order. If your order is cancelled, a full refund is issued for the item/s less a 10% restocking fee.
